The Sole E35 Elliptical is equipped with a 25 pound haevy flywheel, providing a smooth, cardiovascular workout performance by combining upper and lower coordiation into one. The whisper quiet drive system has an inclined power ramp that is adjustable to target all muscles with a 16 resistance level built in pulse sensor.
There is a two degree inward slope that reduces stress on ankles and knees with adjustable foot beds. A complete two heart rate controlled workout to customize workout needs is a great option. The 6.5 blue LCD display tracks progress, distance, time, calories burned and resistance. Amenities include: built in speakers for the iPod, cooling fan and water bottle holder.
