Advanced HIIT

Not had the time to blitz the intermediate HITT to the standard of fitness yet to start the advanced HITT.But had great gains already with the bits and pieces of time available.Advanced HITT looks a sheer angle for progression .I take your advice to build up to this .Rather then being ignorant ,machoest and over doing everything and not benefiting properly .Correct nutrition at this level proteins,electrolytes and carb source for any real progressions.Im already dreaming of the improved fitness levels which makes - alonmy life more efficient and better .

Thanks for your comments - sorry for late reply, I've been offline for a bit! Marathon and SwimRun training for a big event - along with elliptical core and leg strength training.

Great the intermediate program is helping your fitness and do take it steady before progressing. I totally agree with your nutrition comments - correct nutrition is essential for any level of fitness and for muscle recovery.
